Product description
Typical section is square or rectangular hollow section, commonly 75 × 75 × 3 mm as per approved drawings. Height and spacing follow structural and shop drawings. Slenderness limits apply per Eurocode 9.
Base connection uses an aluminium or hot-dip galvanized steel base plate (6-8 mm thick) fixed with stainless steel SS304/SS316 anchor bolts into concrete, with an isolation pad to prevent galvanic corrosion. Members are shop-fabricated, accurately cut and drilled, with TIG welding to AWS D1.2 where required.
Connections to L1/L2 beams are bolted and/or welded with stainless steel SS304/SS316 fasteners. Surface finish is powder coating (60-80 microns polyester) or anodizing (20-25 microns), UV and corrosion resistant, colour as approved.
Install plumb, level, and aligned with verticality tolerance of ±3 mm over full height. Remove protective film after completion.
