Product description
Typical section is rectangular or box section, commonly 100 × 50 × 3 mm as per approved structural and shop drawings. Span and layout follow approved drawings. Maximum allowable deflection is L/250. Installed fixed to P1 posts using stainless steel bolts or welded connections.
Shop-fabricated from extruded aluminium sections with accurate cutting, drilling, and alignment. All edges are smooth, rounded, and free of burrs. TIG welding per AWS D1.2 is applied where required. Members are free from visible cracks, dents, distortion, or surface defects.
Connections are bolted and/or welded as shown on drawings using stainless steel SS304 / SS316 fasteners. All connections are corrosion-resistant with isolation pads where dissimilar metals occur.
Surface finish is powder coating (minimum 60-80 microns, polyester based) or anodizing (minimum 20-25 microns), UV-stable and corrosion-resistant, colour and texture as approved by the architect.
Install true to line, level, and alignment within ±2 mm fixing tolerance. Remove protective film after completion. Design per Eurocode 9 / AADM with ISO 9001 workmanship.
